Surface grinder

Surface grinders (manual and horizontal) manufactured by Imperial Products of India are available in various models with graded and seasoned castings. All rotating parts specially spindle are dynamically balanced. Spindle cartridge type is fitted with angular contact grease packed FAG/RHP preloaded bearings and its max runout is 0.0015 mm. The single hand pump lubricates all the moving parts except table. The table always moves in an oil bath and machine is also fitted with high power magnetic chuck. All alignments are built to the desired accuracy of surface grinding machine as per BIS standards and once built remain the same throughout its life. It is a maintenance free machine. Ground surface of the job will be free from grinding cracks and chattering. Standard accessories: wheel balancing stands; wheel balancing orbor, wheel flange and puller; hook spanner, wheel dresser. Optional accessories: coolant assembly; machine lamp; microfeed.
