Microtech Machines manufactures heavy-duty, high performance semi automatic and fully automatic horizontal Double Column Band Saws, backed by 18 years experience in design and manufacturing. Skilful engineering and design; better cutting performance; and high productivity of the machine, results in lower cutting cost per piece. Improved and accurate machined parts with proper heat treatment, better guide rod and bearing bush makes the machine rugged and heavy-duty. Nine models – HB-250 to HB-1250 – are available. Standard features include step pulley with Vee belt, hydraulic full stroke material clamping cylinder, steeples regulation feed rate control with pressure and temperature valve, auto head elevation and quick approach of blade, power driven chip brush, pre set counter, carbide and roller blade guide, hydraulic band tension, PLC controls and machine lamp. Optional features are infinitely variable speed drive, multiple indexing counter, hydraulic bundle attachment, variable vice pressure, roller table and chip conveyor. The company manufactures special purpose cutting machines as per customers’ requirements.
