CNC Shearing Machines with Throat Gap

MetFab Machines offers HNC series shearing machines from Baykal, Turkey. Capacities range from 6 to 25 mm, in lengths 2500 to 8000 mm. Guillotine design with top beam is guided on both ends to maintain constant cutting gap for burr-free accurate cutting. Rugged frame designed for maximum resistance to deflection and machined in single setting assures long life. Elgo 9724 controller allows CNC control of the backgauge position within 0.1 mm accuracy, the shearing rake angle and powered blade gap adjustment to suit thickness, cutting length adjustment for faster productivity for smaller cuts. A 350 mm throat gap allows cut slitting of strips/coils lengths longer than the working length of machine. Hydraulic holdown firmly clamps the plate to avoid slippage while cutting. The machine is provided with front finger guard, side throat gap guards. Pendant arm and foot pedal operation allows operate machine from most convenient and safe location. Squaring arm with metric scale, t-slot and flip-stop facilitates accurate squaring. Two front arms support extra materials, longer plates. Shadow line facility with fluorescent lighting allows clear view of cutting area and cutting to scribe lines. Alloy steel blades with four cutting edges. The powered backgauge runs on ball screws, guides and servo drive. It is equipped with automatic retract function at every stroke to allow free fall of cut strips and swing up at end of travel range of 1000 mm. The table is designed with filler plates, ball transfers, hand slots to allow operator feed plates with minimum efforts and scratch marks. The CNC shearing machines can be supplied with a host of optional accessories for productivity improvements and to suit customer's requirements including CNC front feeders, rear sheet supports, cut sheet conveyors and stacking system. These hydraulic shears are very versatile, reliable and efficient, designed and built to high standard to meet the requirement of precision sheet and plate working shops.
