Slide Gate With Pneuamtic Actuation

Prodaid Engineers has developed a Pneumatically Operated Slide Gate with 2 positions. This is ideal for remote controlling of gate position for full flow and controlled flow of materials to minimise the discharge tolerance. It consists of pneumatic cylinders and solenoid valves and with end position sensors to enable fully automatic PLC controlled circuit integrations. Slide gates can be offered in mild steel and stainless steel construction, with sizes varying from 100 x 100 mm to 400 x 400 mm openings. The arrangement requires compressed air at 4 bar pressure and 230 V single phase AC supply for solenoid valve operation.
