Hindustan Radiators and Heat Exchangers offer a new design of heavy duty, industrial, Mechanically Bonded Radiator that have bonded tubes to tube plates. The advantages of these types of radiators are: absorb heavy vibrations; lower maintenance and less brake down period; long life; work at high pressure up to 60 PSIg; and easily repairable at site. Copper fins and copper seamless tubes are being used to manufacture this radiator and it is sealed with tube plates by high quality neoprene rubber grommets. The company offers a warranty of 18 months for any manufacturing defect. Old radiator core can be replaced by this design in existing radiators. Spare tubes and rubber seals are also available with company and can be supplied on request. These types of radiators are mainly used in railways, earthmovers, DG sets, compressors, and heavy engine capacity from 100 to 10000 HP.
