The Flat Lollipop Plant consists of vacuum batch cooker, cooling plate, batch former, rope sizer, flat lollipop forming machine, three way cooling conveyor, sandwich wrapping machine. Flat lollipop manufacturing is a simple process. The Flat lollipop mass is cooked in vacuum cooker. The cooked mass after cooling enters into forming machines where Flat lollipops are formed and sticks are automatically inserted into it. The formed lollipops after cooling are packed by packing machine.
