Candy Plant


The Candy Plant is used for making candies. This consists of vacuum batch cooker: used for cooking mass for candies. Ingredients, like sugar, glucose, water, etc. are put into the cooker and the mass is cooked at the temperature of approx. 125-130?C. After cooking, the mass enters into the lower vacuum pan of the cooker, where excess moisture content gets removed; Cooling plate: used for cooling down the hot cooked mass; Batch former: used for forming thick rope of candy mass; Rope sizer: used for forming and sizing of candy mass as per the required size; Uniplast forming machine: used for forming candies in desired shapes and sizes; Three way cooling conveyor: used for cooling of candies before packing; Packing machine: used for packing the candies. a) Automatic pillow packing machine: packs the candies in pillow type. b) Automatic single twist wrapping machine: wraps the candies by twisting the wrapper from one side. c) Automatic double twist: wrapping machine: wraps the candies by twisting the wrapper from both the ends. d) Roll wrap packing machine: packs the candies into rolls. The available shift capacity of the candy plants is: 1-ton/8 hr, 2-ton/8 hr and 3-ton/8 hr.
