The Ball Lollipop Plant manufactures candy, which is spherical in shape with the stick inserted into it. Ball lollipop manufacturing is simple process. The lollipop mass is cooked in a vacuum cooker. The cooked mass after cooling enters into the forming machine where ball lollipops are formed and automatically sticks are inserted into it. The formed lollipops after cooling are packed in packing machine. Following machines are required for making ball lollipop: vacuum batch cooker, cooling plate, batch former, rope sizer, ball lollipop forming machine, three-way cooling conveyor, packing machine, automatic double twist wrapping machine for ball lollipop, automatic bunch wrapping machine for ball lollipop.
