Vibrators

Techno Talent offers Vibrators. These are ideal for the food processing industry. The highest quality standards maintained in the manufacturing of these vibrators makes the ideal for use in conveying, washing, grading, sizing packing in the food processing industry in vegetable processing, grain milling, confectionary manufacturing, etc. While the pneumatic vibrators are available in turbine type, ball type and roller type versions, the motor vibrators are available in numerous types. Standard foot mounted type is for use in conveying, compacting and screening applications, flange mounted for sieving and screening applications, double wedge construction for heavy duty sieving. All these types are also available in explosion proof design flameproof designs. The vibrators conform to the current GMPs and standards adopted by the food industry and are suited for any area of process in the industry. These vibrators also conform to the relevant standards such as CESI, CSA, ATEX, etc. The minimum degree of protection offered by these vibrators is to IP 66 for enclosures and IK 08 standards. This enables these vibrators to be used in dusty and wet areas without the risks associated. The latest series of vibrators to be released, by default, will be suitable for use in potentially explosive atmospheres, making it the first manufacturer to incorporate this feature as a standard. The foot-mounted versions of these motor vibrators are available in stainless steel versions too.
