Electromagnetic Vibratory Feeder

Magnetics Corporation offers Electromagnetic Vibratory Feeder. This is generally erected below the storage hopper. While erection, it should be ensured that there is no foul contact of any hopper part or external machine parts to the trough/tray of the feeder. It is preferred to suspend the whole unit, so that the trough stays exactly under the hopper opening. Base mounted models are also available. The other available models are EM feeders up to 200 TPH capacities. This equipment is used to feed the free flowing materials, with pre-determined flow rate, at process units, material handling/conveying units of all types. This vibratory feeder is widely used in coal handling plants, captive thermal plants, cement plants, fertilizer plants, chemical plants, processing plants, pharmaceuticals, fuel feeding to the boiler units, etc.
