Magnetics Corporation of India offers a range of magnetic drum machines.
- These are used for removal of tramp/iron impurities from chemicals, food items, ceramics, silica, quartz, glass chips and glass raw materials, etc., where the conveyor beltings are not available.
- This is a self contained unit. Any material fed to hopper will be moved down through vibratory feeder with controlled feed rate. The material is fed to rotating magnetic drum with single, double or multi stages. The magnetic drum produces strong field at front half of its circumference.
- In the process, the material free of iron particles will be collected at the forepart of the machine with natural fall. Tramp iron falls at the rear side of the drum as this half of the drum is non-magnetic.
