Lube Hybrid Lubricant

Machines today have grown into a high speed generation. Under the high speed and high load operational environment, a versatile lubricant is required to protect the machines from wear of linear guides and other moving parts, yet preventing rust caused by coolant which is unique to machine tool. LUBE hybrid lubricant (LHL) was designed and developed specially for machine tools, injection moulding machines and other industrial precision machines having the characteristics of both oil and grease and resolving the environmental and lubrication problems unique to the machine tools. Characteristics of LHL: excellent heavy load carrying capacity and wear resistance; protects linear guide bearings that are constantly exposed to high load from wearing; excellent water resistance and rust preventive property; and being resistive to getting emulsified or softened even mixed with coolant, protects the machines from rust. LHL is a new product of LUBE Corporation, Japan, a 45-year-old company specialising in lubrication systems. It has also developed a new pump, EGM II Series, Hybrid Type, especially for delivering LHL lubricant. Compared to the previous pump, EGMII Series dramatically reduces the consumption of electricity, and thus is environment-friendly. It also has CE approval and IP protection.
