Air/Oil Spindle Lubrication System


This system is designed to lubricate spindles continuously with a measured volume of oil (0.005~0.03/shot) discharged intermittently from Lube Oil air/oil mixing blocks and transformed into extremely small, non atomised, oil particles by using compressed air. The biggest advantage of this system compared to oil mist lubrication is that mist lubricators waste a tremendous amount of costly oil, most of which escapes in to the air. Due to the high accuracy of the metering valve discharge volume, the system offers independently controlled lubrication to each bearing. The system, therefore, ensures reliable lubrication and can be applied to a wide range of spindles running at low to high speeds. As the size of oil particles (20~30 microns) generated by the system is larger than oil mist, the system will eliminate oil fog in the working environment.
