Centralized Lubrication with Hybrid Lubricant

Lube Automatic Systems offers a Centralized Lubrication System with Hybrid Lubricant. Machine tool users are facing various problems such as compatibility of coolant with oil and grease solidification in the grease system. Machine tools require a lubricant and lubrication system that will meet the conditions of the environment in which the machine tools are operated to resolve these problems. In order to resolve these lubrication problems surrounding machine tools, the company has developed Lube Hybrid Lubricant (LHL x 100), a specially designed S-Series centralized lubrication system for machine tools. LHL x 100 has both the advantages of oil: no solidification, excellent fluidity and migration property; and the advantages of grease: high load carrying capacity, wear resistance, water resistance and adhering properties. Compared to an oil system on a machining centre, the LHL system reduces lubricant consumption, power consumption and lubricant refilling time by roughly 80%. Reduced consumption of lubricant and power also leads to reduced environmental contamination such as used oil disposal and CO2 emission. Reduced refilling time leads to reduced maintenance work. All of which adds up to less manufacturing cost. All major Indian machine tool manufacturers, including AMS, Ace Designers, BFW, Jyoti CNC, LMW and Fanuc, are among the users.
