Vibro-screens

Saideep, a Mumbai-based manufacturer, offers vibro-screens that are designed with coil springs for vibration-free working. These are suitable for solid-liquid separation. The vibration technology with which the equipment is built gives good separation results. The holes of the screen remain clear even during vibration and the screen cloth is held intact by the frame. The screen does not get affected by the dust as it is totally enclosed. The design of the product helps in easy replacement of screen frames. The screen is normally manufactured with all its contact parts made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Screens in MS constructions can be manufactured on request. Additional anti-blinding system is provided for wet materials. Applications: pharmaceuticals, paint, ceramic, paper, rubber, abrasive, chemical, plastic and petroleum industries.
