Paper Band Filter

Spark Tools offer Paper Band Filter, where filtration takes place by gravity through filter paper spread over an endless conveyor. When the paper is clogged by contaminants, the coolant level raises and actuates the float switch, to bring fresh paper from the roll. The clean coolant is collected in the bottom tank for recirculating to the machine. The unit is complete with tank, pump conveyor, geared motor and control panel. A suitable magnetic coolant filter can be supplied as a pre-filter to reduce the consumption of filter paper. The flow rates range from: 40 to 600 LPM. Higher capacities are made available on request.
