Spark Tools offers Hydro-cyclone Coolant Filter, which removes both ferrous and non-ferrous contaminants, It works on the principle of vortex. The dirty coolant from the tank is pumped through a high pressure pump into the Hydro-cyclone. Due to the centrifugal action, a vortex is created in the cone. The clean coolant raises up and the swatf is collected at the bottom of the cone. The Hydrocycloee cone is made of high wear resistant polymer. Since there are no moving parts, it is maintenance-free. The unit occupies minimum floor space. For heavy material removal, suitable magnetic coolant filter can be supplied as pre-filter. The flow rates range from: 40 to 240 LPM. Higher capacities are made available on request.
