Solenoid Operated Butterfly Valves

Peregrine Technologies offers Solenoid Operated Butterfly Valves. These are used for pulse firing systems of furnaces and kilns. These are incorporated in industrial furnaces and kilns, especially those used in the heat treatment of steel and metal components, ceramic/porcelain industries, etc. Extremely fast operating special purpose pneumatic actuators and the high flow solenoid valves operates the valves. These valves can be easily operated by standard "Pulse Firing" relay logic or purpose designed PLC systems. These valves are suitable for air/gas application and can withstand media temperatures up to 300°C. The systems can operate in high ambient temperatures and hence can be placed close to furnace walls/heat source. These wafer construction valves are available in the sizes ranging from DN25 (1") to DN100 (4"). The solenoid valves on these systems are have plug-in type IP65 coil enclosures and are offered with LED indicators as standard. Choice of supply voltages, such as 230 V AC, 110 V AC, 24 V AC, 48 V DC, 24 V DC and 12 V DC are available at no extra cost. The pricing is extremely competitive when compared to valves presently imported from Europe/USA.
