High-Flow Pneumatic Valves

Peregrine Technologies offers Joyner brand High-Flow Pneumatic Valves from Hafner-Pneumatik, Germany. This brand enjoys a fair share of the pneumatic valves business in Europe, especially in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and has earned a reputation as a product of superior design, high quality – yet competitively priced among end users and machine-builders alike. The NAMUR solenoid valves for process and valve automation are used by major OEMs and a host of actuator and valve automation companies, and acknowledged as a product of superior quality. More than 7000 Hafner-Pneumatik Namur valves are in operation in India today and the numbers increasing. Superior engineering design enables it to offer pneumatic valves for high flow applications such as operation of large diameter cylinders and actuators such as in tyre and tube industries, thermo-forming machines, nuclear and thermal power-plants, etc. These ‘high flow’ pneumatic valves have large orifices and are able to deliver air up to 6000 litres/min. The “flow monsters” as the company has termed them, are available in ½” BSP (F) and ¾” BSP(F) pipe connections. The valves come with various operating systems such as: solenoid operated, pilot air operated, mechanically operated and hand lever operated; of these, the solenoid operated is the most popular and most widely sold. The valves are available in various configurations such as: 3/2 way, 5/2 way single/dual coil operation, and 5/3 way. Various coil voltages are available for the user to select such as 24 V DC, 24 V AC, 110 V AC, 230 V AC, etc. The coils are available with DIN plug-in connectors with IP65 protection as standard; alternatively coils for operation in hazardous areas are also available on demand.
