Cast Steel Valves - (Gate, Globe & Check Valves)

General Engineering Consortium engage in the manufacturing and supplying of high grade Caste Steel Valves that includes Gate, Globe & Check Valves. These valves are made up of excellent quality of metallic alloys, which are chosen based upon pressure, temperature and other controlled media properties. Alloys manufactured using latest technology like carbon steel alloys are specifically used due to their high tensile strength and non corrosive properties. These valves are tight shutoff, easy to operate and regulate liquids and gases. The lugs in wedge of gate valves are slightly off centered to ensure correct fixing of wedge in reverse direction. The stem is hardened and polished for long life in gate and globe valve, which enhances packing life. The wedge and disc are lapped to give zero leakage. The hinge assembly in swing check valve is totally enclosed in body to avoid external leakage path. For gate valves above class 300, globe valves and swing check valves a confined gasket is provided for body/bonnet joint. Investment castings for valves are upto 50mm. These valves find application in almost all industries.
