Water-Ring Vacuum Pumps, Two Stage

Joyam Engineers & Consultants offers Two Stage Water-Ring Vacuum Pumps. These are of better design than single stage vacuum pumps, having advantage of higher capacity at high vacuum and also require low quantity of water at low pressure. The design is based on latest technology and saves energy. Two-stage vacuum pumps develop maximum vacuum of 720 mm of Hg, when sealing water temperature is 30°C (755 mm of Hg barometric pressure and suction temperature of 30°C) and achieves vacuum up to 735 mm of Hg, when sealing water temperature is 15°C to 18°C. Due to the latest technology and design, it so happens that a smaller model may require as compared to a single-stage vacuum pump. Application: dehydration and filtration processes; distillation, evaporation and drying; deodorisation; evacuation; sterilising; conveying; venting; and sucking. Salient features: simple and rugged construction; trouble free operation; easily handling of dust laden and aggressive gases; and higher capacity at higher vacuum as compare to single stage vacuum pump. Capacity: 81 m³/hr to 1500 m³/hr ; and material of construction – as per process requirement.
