OIL LUBRICATED LOW VACUUM/ PRESSURE PUMPS

Shree Siddhi Vinayak Industries offer Oil Lubricated Low Vacuum/Pressure Pumps, Minivac SVL series. They are rotary vane type direct or V-belt driven vacuum pumps mounted on common base frame. These are specially designed to give vacuum and pressure simultaneously. Specially treated fibre/steel vanes give the advantages of silent operation and absolutely negligible wear on any friction affected contact parts resulting in increasing the life of pump. The regulation of vacuum and pressure can be precisely adjusted to suit to any requirement. The unique design of lubrication system positively feeds minimum required quantity of oil, to all rotating and frictional contact parts. The complete unit is compact and vibration free and hence can be installed inside the machine. Applications: graphic machines such as enlargement camera, rotary printing, screen printing, collating, book binding, folding and automatic printing machines; capsule filling machines, blister packing machines, cigarette and other tobacco processing machines; labelling machines, plate making equipment; air sampling, vacuum chucks; de-aeration/degasifications, distillation - laboratory scale; and vacuum cooking.
