Auto Filling Of Jars

Prodaid Engineers has developed an Automation System to fill Jars/Cartons/Poly bags on counting by numbers. The arrangement consists of a vibratory feeder to fill the products at a fast rate into the jar, based on numbers using a counter. After each filling of the jar, it is replaced by the empty jar automatically with the help of pneumatically operated shifter. The system is capable of filling a jar within 10-20 seconds, depending on the quantity to be filled. One operator will be able to manage four such feeders, there by giving capacity to produce 12 to 24 jar fillings/minute. The arrangement requires 230V single phase AC input and compressed air at 3 bar pressure. Prodaid Engineers was established in the year 1978 by a technocrat entrepreneur having many years of experience in the field of automation and component feeders. It has developed indigenous technology in-house, which was hitherto available only from foreign suppliers.
