These fittings are manufactured in carbon steel material as standard, either out of bar stock or forging. The raw material is precision turned using sophisticated CNC machines. The quality assurance process ensures high quality standards providing a longer life. Tee fittings are supplied with zinc chrome-free trivalent plating as standard, which is a norm all over the world. Tee Fittings come in different types: tee union, adjustable tee branch union, adjustable tee run union, tee branch stud BSP metric parallel, tee branch stud BSPT NPT tape, adjustable tee branch stud BSP parallel, etc. Tee unions allow quick and convenient connection and disconnection of pipes. Tee fittings are made in two series to accommodate all types of service requirements and system characteristics – medium pressure ratings (series L) and heavy/high pressure ratings (series S). They are produced to DIN standard. Tee fittings are manufactured in different sizes with tube outer diameter ranging from 6 mm to 42 mm. Weight of tee fittings ranges from 8.2 to 312.8 kg/100 pieces. Nominal working pressure varies from 100 kg/cm² to 630 kg/cm². Standard tee fittings are supplied ex-stock and can be dispatched within 24 hours.
