These fittings are manufactured in carbon steel material as standard, either out of bar stock or forging. The raw material is precision turned using sophisticated CNC machines. The quality assurance process ensures high quality standards providing a longer life. Elbow fittings are supplied with zinc chrome-free trivalent plating as standard, which is a norm all over the world. Elbow fittings come in different types: elbow union, adjustable elbow union, elbow bulkhead, elbow male stud BSP metric parallel, elbow male stud BSPT NPT taper and adjustable elbow stud BSP parallel. Elbow unions allow quick and convenient connection and disconnection of pipes. Elbow fittings are made in two series to accommodate all types of service requirements and system characteristics – medium pressure ratings (series L) and heavy/high pressure ratings (series S). They are produced to DIN standard. Elbow fittings are manufactured in different sizes with tube outer diameter ranging from 6 mm to 42 mm. Weight of elbow fittings range from 5.9 to 158.2 kg/100 pieces. Nominal working pressure varies from 100 kg/cm² to 630 kg/cm². Standard elbow fittings are supplied ex-stock and can be dispatched within 24 hours.
