Ahmedabad Engineers offers a wide range/designs of Cyclone tubes, Precipitating tubes, Separation Cells, Swivel Inserts, Inlet Guide Vanes, Spinners, etc. These are mainly used for air pollution control units like: mechanical dust collectors, multi clones, dust separation units for boilers, cement plants, sugar plants, thermal plants, paper plants, agro industries, tyre manufacturing plants, etc. The company has Rate Contract with major OEMs, boiler manufacturers and cement plants manufacturers all over India. These tubes and vanes are manufactured in various specifications like cast iron, alloy cast iron with hardness 250 to 350 BHN and in Ni-hard specifications with hardness more than 400 BHN. These tubes and vanes are regularly manufactured and can be supplied on ex-stock also. The company has a steel foundry, mainly manufacturing high chrome, austenitic manganese steel, Ni-hard, carbon steel, low alloy steel, high alloy steel, stainless, heat resistant steel, etc. It is equipped with modern medium frequency induction melting furnace, with the capacity of up to 1000 kg single piece castings. Other facilities include heat treatment, shot blasting, machine shop with latest machinery to meet engineering demand, flame hardening, gear cutting/teeth cutting, balancing and all non destructive testing facilities like; x-ray, ultrasonic tests, etc.
