Ahmedabad Engineers offers a range of Castings – Hi-chrome, Ni-hard, Ni-resist, Mn steel and others, as per customers’ specifications and drawings. Brief description and specifications: Hi-chrome castings for horizontal impactor crushers like – block liner, blow bars, wall liners, impact blades, etc; and Ni-hard grades I to IV, Mn steel (all grades), stainless and heat resistant steel (all grades), Ni-resist and any other specifications. The weight range is between 1 kg to 500 kg single piece. All these castings are manufactured in modern equipments like; induction furnace with strict quality controls has chemical and mechanical laboratories along with shell moulding facilities to get close tolerance in the castings. The company has a steel foundry, mainly manufacturing high chrome, austenitic manganese steel, Ni-hard, carbon steel, low alloy steel, high alloy steel, stainless, heat resistant steel, etc. It is equipped with modern medium frequency induction melting furnace, with the capacity of up to 1000 kg single piece castings. Other facilities include heat treatment, shot blasting, machine shop with latest machinery to meet engineering demand, flame hardening, gear cutting/teeth cutting, balancing and all non destructive testing facilities like; x-ray, ultrasonic tests, etc.
