Vacuum heat treatment furnace

Mumbai-based Dynatech Engineering offers a range of vacuum heat treatment and brazing furnaces in technical collaboration with TAV of Italy. These vacuum furnaces are ideal for all tool steel hardening and tempering applications like HSS, D2, D3, H11, H13, and H21. The heat treatment enables bright, non-scaled and non?decarburised heat treatment of tool steels with very little distortion of linear components, as there is no movement of components during transfer to quenching. The furnaces are also extensively used for brazing of copper steel components with bright finish and non?scaled braze bonds which are strong due to perfect control of the cooling process. The furnaces are offered as batch front-loading horizontal furnaces or top/ bottom loading vertical furnaces. They are offered up to 1320?C and vacuum up to 10?5 torr level with a 6 bar and 10 bar gas over pressure quenching facility. The furnaces are provided with integral fan, heat exchanger and motor. They are available in graphite and molybdenum hot zones. The furnaces are PC controlled with sophisticated PID temperature control, vacuum controller and pressure controller. The furnaces are also used for brazing and sintering applications. The company also exports these vacuum furnaces to North America.
