Thermotech offers Thermic Fluid Heaters, TS model. These heaters can be heated up to 300oC at near atmospheric pressure with efficiency as high as 87% NCV of oil and gas fuel. The hot thermic fluid is circulated through appropriate heat de-aerator and expansion tank, which effectively removes any liberated gases to prevent cavitations in the pump and accommodates expansion of thermic fluid oil. The capacity ranges from 1 lac kcal/hr to 25 lacs kcal/hr in Oil/Gas firing.
- A blind temperature controller cut-off burner put in electrical lock out and sounds an alarm if the stack (flue gas) temperature exceeds to preset temperature.
- A Magnetic float level switch cut-off burner actuated indicator lamp and sound an alarm in case of low level of thermic fluid in the expansion tank.
- Photocell resistor actuated indicator lamp audio-visual alarm and burner cut off in case of flame failure.
- Its circulating pump motor electrically interlocked, do not allow burner to start till complete oil circulation take place in the system.
