It has introduced fluidised bed combustion technology in integral furnace of vertical four pass flue gas thermopac, ensuring complete combustion of even low grade steam coal (pulverised) or rice husk fuel with virtually nil wastage. The FBC system is designed with plenum chamber with nozzle for homogenous mixing of fuel and air. ID fan and FD fan ensure balance draft system. The air preheater recovers waste heat from flue gas and passes preheated air to combustion chamber. The unique design dust collector ensures emission norms. Capacity available is from 6 lakh kCal/hr to 30 lakh kCal/hr, heat output at 290ºC temperature.
