This is a reverse flame technology non-IBR steam boiler, which enables maximum heat absorption in the furnace giving highly consistent efficiency. The flame reverse in an airtight membrane wall helical coil furnace giving ample residence time for complete combustion and extensive radiant heat absorption. All RF models are package type fully automatic steam boilers comprising of membrane type helical coil housed in insulated shell assembly, feed water pre-heater, triplex plunger pump, blower fan, fuel pump, optimiser, control panel board mounted on common base frame, can be installed near to utility. Capacity is available from: 100 kg/hr to 850 kg/hr at 10 kg/cm2 steam pressure.
