Anupam Heaters & Controls offers ceramic infrared heaters for many demanding applications where direct radiation heating is required. Radiation is the means by which energy transfer occurs in an electromagnetic field. The electromagnetic spectrum has been divided into various regions like Gamma rays, Infrared, Microwave, etc., which are of similar physical behaviour but differ in wave length and energy intensity. Infrared emitters work in the long and medium wave sections. Their use in non-contact heating gives rapid energy transfer from the emitter to product. In normal operating condition the life of the heater would be well in excess of 10,000 hours at 80% power. These are available in various sizes with built in or without thermocouple and are used in various application like vacuum forming, thermoforming, paint staving, screen printing, etc
