Anupam Heaters & Controls, an ISO 9002 company, manufactures heaters with CE mark. It now offers quarz halogen heaters (QHH). These heaters emit radiation in the infrared short wave length as low as 072 µm which has been found to offer significant reduction in both processing time as well as energy usage. The QHH is generally manufactured as a single tube as well as twin quartz glass construction with electrical termination at opposite ends. The standard construction allows easy and fast installation. For material with matching absorption characteristics, like certain plastics paints adhesives paper coating, etc, the radiation is transmitted directly into the materials interior heating it from the inside out. This can often prevent the formation of bubble and blistering there by improving process efficiency. At the heart of the QHH, the tungsten filament coil which can be operated at the temperature up to 1500°C duly cleaned und stabilized to improve structural rigidity, is placed inside a sealed glass envelopes in a gas atmosphere to provide long life of heater.
