Induction Heating Machines

Minitronix offers Induction Heating Machines. It is of mains and medium frequency type used for brazing, forging, annealing, continuous heat-treatment, melting and shrink fitting. Interlocks ensure safe operation. The power range is from 5 kVA to 60 kVA and frequency range is from 50 Hz to 10 kHz. Temperatures up to 1200°C are possible. It is suitable for assembly line operations as well as off line assembly with 50 jobs per shift to 400 jobs per shift. Only one push button controls the sequence of operation. Audio-visual indications allow the operator to undertake other jobs during heating time. A settable digital timer controls the cycle of operation. Adequate protection circuits ensure safety of power handling components. It is energy efficient and save considerable amount of electricity.
