Induction Heating Machine

Minitronix Machines (P) Ltd offers an Induction Heating Machine, Model IH 400. This user friendly induction heating machine is compact in size and can be placed on a table and operated by anyone without training. The machine consists of a controller and a heating station. The controller is connected to 230 V AC with the cord provided along with the machine. Another cord is provided to connect the heating station to the controller. The job to be heated is placed around the core on the heating station and heating on push button is operated to start heating of the component. This machine can be used for heating small components and bearings with ID ranging from 40-100 mm and OD ranging from 60-180 mm. Components can be heated to 200°C in maximum 999 seconds. This is an offline machine and can be used for slow heating of components and bearings. Temperature indicator with leaf type thermocouple probe is provided in the controller to measure temperature of the component periodically. A digital pre-set timer is also provided to set the time required to heat the components. Temperature sensor for continuous monitoring of temperature and temperature based shut off can be provided on demand. This machine can also be used for maintenance purpose where even 4 to 5 components are to be heated per day.
