Induction Heating Machine, 2-Station

Induction Heating Machine, 2-Station

Minitronix Machines has introduced a two-station, trolley mounted, mains frequency Induction Heating Machine to heat pole wheels for shrink fitting on front and rear axels of heavy vehicles on which anti-skid systems are used. These pole wheels are used to sense speed of front and rear wheels of heavy vehicles. The sensed speeds are fed to a microprocessor. The microprocessor calculates the amount of braking force to be applied to the front and rear wheels to avoid skidding of heavy vehicles. Thus the pole wheels play an important part in dynamic stability of heavy vehicles. The company has developed this two station mains frequency induction heating machine to heat both the front and rear pole wheels at the same time. The machine is designed as an assembly line machine. But the design is flexible enough so it can be used as an off line assembly machine. The machine is sturdy and withstands rough handling in assembly lines. It is operator friendly. After initial settings the operator has to place component and press only one push button for heating operation. A timer stops the machine after set time and the machine gives an audio as well as visual signal to indicate that heating process is complete. This way the operator can perform other tasks during heating time. Heating time can be set to suit cycle time of the assembly.
