Induction Heating Machines

Minitronix offers Induction Heating Machine. This is a compact and lightweight medium frequency induction heating machine, especially for shrink fitting applications. The machine works on 230 V single-phase supply and consumes 2 kW power. The dimensions of the machine, which is trolley mounted is 450 (W) x 600 (L) x 900 (H) mm. Ball bearings, small gears synchro rings and sleeves with 20 to 100 mm ID and 35 mm thickness can be heated to 200°C temperature at a rate of 1 to 3 components per minute depending on weight of the component and temperature required. The machine can be used as assembly line machine where the production rate is high.
