Induction Bearing Heater

Minitronix Machines has introduced an induction heating machine for heating small components and bearings up to 200°C. The machine is compact, table mounting, and works on 230 V AC/50 Hz with 1.5 kW maximum power. Components of minimum ID 40 mm and maximum OD 120 mm can be heated in this machine. This machine works on time cycle only. The control panel consists of AC ammeter, timer and a temperature indicator. Heating On/Off, reset and power on push buttons are provided for easy operation. The machine is silent and runs on medium frequency. Features: compact single phase, table mounting, silent, max power 1.5 kW, ease of operation and medium frequency system.
