Induction Heating Machine For Cam & Crank Gears

Minitronix Machines manufactures medium frequency induction heating machines to heat cam gears and crank gears. Cam gears and crank gears are essential components of any engine. These are fitted on respective shafts either by cold pressing or shrink fitting. Cold pressing causes scouring of the shaft or gear material. In shrink fitting the gear is heated to achieve desired expansion of the bore. This facilitates easy fitting on the respective shafts. After the gear cools down its bore shrinks and grips the respective shaft with desired force. The machine is designed to suit customer’s specifications. These machines are assembly line machines. Time of heating and temperature of the component can be set to suit desired production. 300 fittings per shift are possible. Protection circuits incorporated in the machine protect the machine from damage. The machine is operator friendly because it is operated by a single push button during production. Necessary audio and visual indications are incorporated for smooth operations. The machine is designed for tough industrial usage and rough handling by operators. Fault finding and rectification is easy and seldom required. The machine can accommodate other components also by changing heating coils and adjusting frequency of operation and power.
