Bearing Mounting Induction Heaters

Vivid Metrawatt offers easy heat series induction heaters used for shrink mounting of bearings and other ring shaped parts on the shaft. Standard models are 4.6 and 12 kVA suitable for 80, 100 and 120 mm ID bearings. Optional yokes are supplied for smaller diameters. Important features: precision temperature controller and over riding timer for mounting of bearings without any distortion; auto demagnetization; power level selection; contact less limit switch allows care free operation; overload protection; and safe flux density as per international standard. These features impart the benefits of long life of bearings and vibration free operation of the users' equipment.
