Thermotech hot air generator is a multi pass indirect oil/gas fired system comprising of a combustion chamber fabricated out of stainless steel plate of adequate volume as per capacity with expansion bellow to withstand thermal expansion. The combustion chamber is welded to other MS. shell to make multi pass of flue gas and cold air in counter current flow ultimately transfer flue gas heat to cold air and generate hot air at required temperature. The thermocouple sensor is installed at the outlet of hot air senses temperature and switches On/Off the monoblock imported burner at preset temperature by a digital temperature controller. This hot air generator is a package type, ready to start and can be installed near to the utility. Capacities are available in a wide range from 1 lakh kCal/hr to 10 lakh kCal/hr heat output.
