Thermotech Systems has introduced reverse flame technology in non-IBR steam boilers, which enables maximum heat absorption in the furnace giving high consistent efficiency. The flame reverse method in an airtight membrane wall helical coil furnace giving ample residence time for complete combustion and extensive radiant heat absorption. All RF models are package type fully automatic steam boiler comprising of membrane type helical coil housed in insulated shell assembly, feed water preheater, triplex plunger pump, blower fan, fuel pump, optimiser, control panel board mounted on common base frame, can be installed near to utility. Capacity available from: 100 to 850 kg/hr at 10 kg/cm2 steam pressure.
