Timing Belts

The Prolific offers Timing Belts. These are used for FFS (form fill & seal) Machines, with a polyurethane base and yellow colour rubber cover. These belts are available as per customers" requirement, i.e., full teeth or partially grinded off, and with vacuum holes punched. Some of the advantages of these belts are: positive synchronisation, no re-tensioning required, high operating speed, no lubrication required, high accuracy in moulded dimensions, very good abrasion resistance, high dry friction, durable - more than 50% life than linatex rubber cover belts, chemical resistance, glue release, easy to clean, floor quality cover material, and the tooth side of the base belt is grinded to seal the vacuum head perfectly.
