Belts

Prolific offers Belts. These machines are available with a polyurethane base and yellow colour rubber cover, with Kevlar cords as the tension member the most ideal composition for the form, fill & seal application. These belts are available as per customers" requirement, i.e., full teeth or partially grinded off, and with vacuum holes punched. Some of the advantages of these belts are: positive synchronisation, no re-tensioning required, high operating speed, no lubrication required, high accuracy in moulded dimensions, very good abrasion resistance, high dry friction, durable - more than 50% life than rubber cover belts, chemical resistance, glue release, easy to clean and food quality cover material. The tooth side of the base belt is grinded to seal the vacuum head perfectly.
