FRP Venturi Domes

Suntec Engineers offers FRP Venturi Domes. This is used for turbine ventilators. These domes are made of fiberglass chopped strand mat and unsaturated polyester based high quality resins with imported UV stabilizer as per the international standards to achieve protection against harmful UV rays. Venturi domes are available for all roofing"s with different roof profiles and is manufactured as per the required girth and is available in different colour shades matching the colour of roofing sheets and exterior of the buildings. Features: manufactured by utilising the best quality of basic raw materials; specially formulated top layer retards the effect of abrasion and erosion and enhances its life span; uniform distribution of natural daylight during daytime thus reducing lighting load; it is lightweight and hence saves the structural cost and erection cost; durable, fire retardant, protection from corrosion, leakages, rust and prevents warping; and quick and easy installation. Basic specifications: glass content - 30%; tensile strength - 910 kg/cm2; and impact strength - 1086 J/m. The FRP venturi dome is the best and most economical substitute for MS/ SS/ galvanized steel domes.
