Double Skin Air Handling Units

Aerovent Projects Private Limited offers Double Skin Air Handling Units with 22/24G GI pre-coated/powder coated sheets panels with 25/50 mm thick PUF insulation, high/low static pressure blowers, chilled water coils, pre, fine and HEPA filter. The fan section is having multivane forward/backward curved centrifugal blowers mounted on tabular shaft, which runs in ball bearing. Filter section is having easy fitting arrangement to fit HDPE pre, fine and HPEA filters as per requirement of the system and also provided maintenance door for filter cleaning and maintenance work. Coil section is designed as per the size of the DX/CHW coil required for the system. Surrounding part of the coil inside the AHU is fixed with GI sheets. Coil tray is fabricated in SS 304 from inside and GI sheet from outside with insulation. Aerovent Projects Pvt Ltd was established in the year 1988 and caters to the requirements of air-conditioning, clean room, ventilation and air pollution control systems for industries like pharmaceutical, chemical process, petrochemical, fertilizer, power plants, refineries, cement plants and steel plants, etc. From the year 2002 the company also started designing and manufacturing material handling system comprising of generally mechanical conveyors for bulk solid handling catering maximum to construction, cement and chemical industries.
