Aerovent Projects Private Limited offers a range of Screw Conveyors. This is the simplest and oldest method of conveying bulk materials in an enclosed trough in horizontal, inclined and vertical profile and has several advantage for certain types of conveying, cooling, mixing and blending, where churning action of the revolving screw is not objectionable. The material is moved with the help of spiral helical screw flights rotating in the stationary trough. The company can offer screw conveyors of length up to 35 mtr or more with help of intermediate hanger bearings and capacities up to 150 TPH. This conveyor facilitates multi feed or multi discharge with the help of gates at its inlet or outlet. Screw conveyors can be easily sealed to dust and fumes entering or escaping or can be jacketed to serve as a dryer or cooler. The screw conveyors are available from 100 mm to 1000 mm diameter for various applications with standard helical screw, twin screw, ribbon flight screw, paddle type screw and screw feeders, etc. Aerovent Projects Pvt Ltd was established in the year 1988 and caters to the requirements of air-conditioning, clean room, ventilation and air pollution control systems for industries like pharmaceutical, chemical process, petrochemical, fertilizer, power plants, refineries, cement plants and steel plants, etc. From the year 2002 the company also started designing and manufacturing material handling system comprising of generally mechanical conveyors for bulk solid handling catering maximum to construction, cement and chemical industries.
