Moisture Separator

Airmax Pneumatics offer a new Moisture Separator, "Hydint", with lightweight aluminium die cast body and manual transparent drain bowl. Moisture in air-lines can cause valves, regulators and controller (cylinders, actuators) to freeze up. If this happens during operation, the machines are put in for an emergency situation. Moisture may erode and corrode the pipeline and parts of pneumatic components. It may also damage coatings and washes away the lubricants for the pneumatic loops (seals) or other rubber parts, which become harder and then breaks. Hydint Moisture Separator"s installation in the plant helps to avoid the damage likely to be caused by moisture. The separator will not need any maintenance and/or repairs. It will do its duty all the time with no moving parts, without maintenance and totally trouble free. These separators are available for all flows, line size, pressure, temperature screwed and flanged ends with advance moisture relief systems like auto drain valves.
