Shell and tube DX chiller

Ahmedabad-based Vijiya Engineers manufactures shell and tube DX chiller with shell made up of MS ERW pipes or rolled from MS plates and tubes constructed with plain copper tubes. Connections are: shell side - MS pipe with companion flanges; tube side - MS pipe with companion flanges. Painting is done using synthetic enamel paint (after two coats of red oxide primer). Special chillers as per design codes IS, ASME & TEMA made of materials such as MS or SS tubes and SS shells are available. Tube sheets are made of MS plate and end covers are fabricated from MS plates. Pressure testing for shell side is 350 psi (hydraulic) and tube side is 350 psi (pneumatic). Various models are available with nominal capacity ranging from 3 to 150 TR. The ranges of shell diameter and tube length are 6-30 inch and 5-12 feet. Other products available are Shell and tube condensers, heat exchanger, inter coolers, after coolers and oil coolers.
