Artic Aircon offers Process Chillers. It is very compact and easy to install. It is used for chemical and pharmaceuticals, plastic and rubber industries, printing and packaging industries, food industries, metallising and plating industries, induction vacuum furnace, poultry, ultrasonic welding, etc. Features: tough, rugged, efficient and eco-friendly internationally renowned compressors; insulated non-corrosive in-built stainless steel tank prevent ambient heat gain and condensation; digital temperature controller; polyurethane coated rigid steel frame and panels ensure robust construction, better aesthetics and corrosion resistant properties; aesthetically designed user-friendly display and control panel for easier operator fault interpretation and simplified diagnostics permit easy alarm activated trouble shooting; high efficiency heat transfer; copper tube and fin type air cooled condenser; shell and tube water cooled condenser features removable heads for easy cleaning purposes; reliable circulation pump; energy saving compact brazed plate evaporator produces high turbulence and more efficient heat transfer saving valuable space; and smaller units (up to 5TR) shall be mounted on castors for portability; safety flow switches (on larger units) facilitates monitoring of high pressure build up. Options available: custom tank capacities, energy efficient, quiet, more reliable scroll compressor, and stainless steel pump. Range from 2TR to 300TR (up to -80ºC) is available.
